Oromia Industry Parks Development Corporation invites interested bidders to purchase stationery items and Electric Minibuses in the following lots for the 2017 E. C fiscal year through open bidding.

Lot 1 Electric Minibuses and Lot 2: - stationery

Therefore, bidders who wish to participate in the bid can apply as described below.

1. Your organization must submit a copy of their legal current valid business license, TIN registration certificate and VAT registration certificate documents along with the original bid document and copy of the tender document.
2. Bidders may purchase each of the bidding documents from the Finance Department Office at OIPDC, during the working days and hours from the date of publication of this tender notice in the newspaper until Jun 15/2017 E.C by paying a non-refundable fee of Birr 1000/ One thousand Birr Only/.
3. Any bidder must submit a bid security of lot I 100,000 Birr (one hundred thousand and for lot2 10,000 (ten thousand Birr) for each type of bid in the form of a / CPO/ or unconditional bank guarantee valid for at least four months, in name of the Oromia Industry Parks Development Corporation, along with the original technical or original document.
4. The winner of the tender will be determined in accordance with the SBD section 3.
5. For lot2, the original financial with a copy of the tender document shall be submitted in a sealed envelope in a separate envelope and in a one-envelope system.
6. For Lot 1, any bidder must submit the requested technical and financial bid documents in a sealed envelope, marked as original and copy, in a separate two- envelope system, and will be submitted place it in the box provided for this purpose on the date specified in this notice.
7. The bid will be submitted until Jun 16/2017 E. C at 4:00 LT and will be opened on this day at 4:30 LT in the presence of the OIPDC Procurement committee, Procurement Department Office in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives and observers.
8. The winner of the bid will deliver the goods to the OIPDC's store with his own transport and receive payment after deliver.
9. If the office finds a better alternative, the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part is reserved by law.
