JSI Research and Training Institute Inc./Strengthening Service Delivery (SSD) Project is interested to procure a Medical and ICT Equipment’s for project activities. Our requirement is as per the given specification detailed separately.
Note that bidders should include the following documents with the price quotation they submit:

Renewed business license
-
VAT & TIN registration certificate.

Technical and Financial documents in two separate envelopes along copy.

Price validity of the tender document must be at least for 30 calendar days after submission.

JSI gives priority for the supplier who can deliver the items within reasonable time.
The closing date for submission of the bid is July 14, 2025 on or before 04:30 p.m. Bids after this hour shall not be considered. The bids will be opened on July 15, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. in the morning at the organization’s meeting room (see address of organization below) in the presence of applicant bidders or their representatives. Bidders shall collect the detailed Request for Quotations (RFQ) documents at the below office address starting from next Monday (9AM – June, 23, 2025)
JSI Research and Training Institute Inc./SSD Project reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
Applicant firms are expected to submit their documents to the project office located
