We invite interested suppliers to participate in this BID. Note that suppliers are required to submit price quotations/pro-forma invoices for the item within three (3) consecutive days from the date of the announcement.
Please indicate clearly stated type and quality specifications indicated in the announcement in your submissions.
The bidders shall be duly registered and should have a valid license and renewed trade license under the laws of Ethiopia and possess VAT Registration Certificate. Applicants/Suppliers need to deliver the per-forma to:
AAHI Ethiopia Office: Address Yeka Subcity. Hayahulet Area, Infront of Golagul Building on the way to Shola around 200 meters.
Remark:
- A total of 40.000 refugees are expected to be relocated in Gambella region from Metar and Mon to Look Dong (the new settlement camp). However, the number can be less of high accordingly.
- Please provide the cost per person for the round trip.
- Previous refugee relocation experience is a plus.
