International Organization for Migration (IOM) hereby invites interested and eligible vendors to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the prequalification of Constructors for the construction of Durable houses planned to implement at Gorya'awl site, in Awabere District, Somali Region, Ethiopia.
The purpose of the REOI is to short list contractors who meet the minimum eligibility and capacity requirements after which only qualified vender will receive an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for subsequent competitive bidding phase.

Interested contractors must submit EOI in accordance with the instructions and requirements outlined on the EOI. Submission must be received, [11 Aug 2025, 05:00 PM EAT], through electronics (Email: IOMEthiopiaTender@iom.int , copying egalang@iom.int ; and hasyussuf@iom.int ) or physically at IOM Jigjiga office or IOM Addis Ababa Office. Late and incomplete submissions will not be considered.
This EOI does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. IOM reserves the right to modify or cancel this EOI at any time without liability. Only shortlisted contractors will be invited to participate in the ITB phase.
