BID ANNOUNCEMENT
Action Africa Help International (AAH-I) wants to rent a public bus (see detail in the table below) to transport South Sudanese refugees based in Benishangul Gumuz, particularly from Kurmuk transit center.

We invite interested suppliers to participate in this BID. Note that suppliers are required to submit price quotations/pro-forma invoices for the item with in five (5) consecutive days from the date of the announcement.
Please indicate clearly stated type and quality specifications indicated in the announcement in your submissions.
The bidders shall be duly registered and should have a valid license and renewed trade license under the laws of Ethiopia and possess VAT Registration Certificate. Applicants/Suppliers need to deliver the per-forma to: AAHI Ethiopia Office: Address Yeka Subcity, Hayahulet Area, Infront of Golagul Building on the way to Shola around 200 meters.
Remark:
- A total of 3,000 refugees are expected to be relocated in Assosa from Kurrnuk Ura Camp (around 60 kms). However, the number can be less or high accordingly.
- Please provide the cost per person.
- Previous refugee relocation experience is a plus.
