College of Technology and Built Environment invite all eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bid for Procurement of

Lot-1 Geotechnical site Investigation Service and

Lot-2 Topographic Survey Service

1. All interested eligible bidders are required to submit

• Renewed Trade License
• Tin Certificate
• Vat Registration Certificate
• Renewed Tax Clearance
• Credential being registered in Public Procurement Agency Website

2.  The bid document shall be obtained commencing the first day of announcement 15 (fifteen days) from the procurement division cited at CTBE 5 kilo St. king Gorge IV Street in front of the National Museum Room No 25 against payment of nonrefundable fee 300 birr by Commercial bank of Ethiopia Acc. No 1000003784723 (Addis Ababa Technology Institute).
3. Tenders must be supported with bid security of the following amount in CPO or unconditional bank Guarantee -

For Lot-1 60,000.00 (sixty thousand)

For Lot 2 20,000.00 (Twenty thousand)

4. Bid must be submitted to the address below at or before 2:00 pm (8:00 local time) of the 15 (fifteen days) of bid floating period.
5. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representative who choose to attend at 2:30 Pm (8:30 local time).
6.  The institute reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award without their incurring any liability to bidder.
