INVITATION TO BID

Ethiopian Red Cross society, Jimma zonal branch invites local eligible Contractors Forms Category BC-8 /GC-8 and above who have Trade Licenses and Construction certificates valid for year 2018 E.C. and Valid Registration Certificate from concerned issuing body are kindly invited to the Competition and advised to:

• Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document paying a non-refundable ETB 1,000 (One Thousand Birr) from ERCS, Jimma zonal Office Tel +251-471-11-12-99 located at Jimma City.
• Submit sealed bid providing necessary material, labor and equipment to execute Latrine, MHM, Hand Wash and Water Supply Facility Construction and Rehabilitation work in Oromia Region, Jimma Zone Specified in the following lots.

LOT-1: Hand Wash and Water Supply Facility Construction for Biftu Primary School

LOT-2: Fimale's Latrine, Hand Wash and Water Supply Facility Construction for Shabe Special Primary School

LOT-3: Male's Latrine Rehabilitation, Hand Wash, Water Supply Facility and MHM Construction for Sheki #1 Primary School

LOT-4: Male's Latrine, Hand Wash, Water Supply Facility and MHM Construction for Sheki #2 Primary School

LOT-5: Latrine Maintenance, Hand Wash and Water Supply Facility for Ginjo Primary School

LOT-6: Both Latrine Rehabilitation, Hand Wash and Water Supply Construction for Jiren Primary School

All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society, Jimma zonal branch Tel +251-471-11-12-99 located at Jimma city along with a BID SECURITY (BID BOND) in acceptable Forms (CPO ONLY) SPECIFIED IN THE BIDDING DATA SHEET amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The CPO should be valid for 28 days after bid validity.

Bidders advise to submit Financial and Technical in separate wax sealed envelopes label as ORIGINAL & COPY (Original Technical, Copy Technical, Original Financial, Copy Financial all-in separate wax sealed envelopes). Also bid bond (bid security) by its separate wax sealed envelope. Finally wax sealed in one mother post.

Opening ceremony & submitting bid only at ERCS, Oromia Regional office, Jimma zonal branch office.

Bid will be closed on the 15th calendar days of the announcement of this bid in the newspapers at 2:00pm and open on the same date at 2:30 pm. ERCS, Jmma Zonal branch and if the date is a holiday (not working day) on the next working date at 10: 00A.M

ERCS, Jimma Zonal branch has the right to reject any or all bids.
