ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested institutions must meet the following criteria:
- A renewed license for the current year.
- Valid VAT registration certificate.
- TIN number.
BID SUBMISSION DETAILS
- Bid Documents: Available for collection at the EOTC-DICAC/RRAD office. Arat Kilo, Ginfle, starting from the first date of this advertisement for ten consecutive days.
- Quotations: Must be submitted with 2% of the price quotation (including VAT) in the form of a CPO from a recognized bank (bank guarantee not accepted).
- Submission Deadline: Sealed bids must be delivered to EOTC-DICAC Head Office, Arat Kilo, in front of Tourist Hotel, on or before the 10th day of this advertisement by 10:00 a.m.
- Bid Opening: Bids will be opened on the 10th day (Due date: on 30 September, 2025) at 10:00 a.m. in the commission's meeting hall.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The winner will be announced after the completion of technical and financial evaluations.
- EOTC-DICAC/RRAD reserves the right to reject any bid fully or partially.
