INVITATION TO BID

All local eligible Contractors Forms Category BC-5/GC-5 and above who have Trade Licenses and Construction certificates valid for year 2018 E.C. and Valid Registration Certificate from concerned issuing body are kindly invited to the Competition and advised to:

1. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document paying a non-refundable ETB 1,000 (One thousand Birr) from ERCS, Oromia Regional Office Tel 011-440-5983 located at Saris -Adey Ababa (Addis Ababa).
2. Submit sealed bid providing necessary material, labor and equipment to execute Construction of Coordination office in Oromia Region, Merti Woreda, Abomsa town.
3. All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society, Oromia Regional Office Tel 011-440-5983 located at Saris -Adey Ababa (Addis Ababa) along with a BID SECURITY (BID BOND) in acceptable forms (CPO ONLY) SPECIFIED IN THE BIDDING DATA SHEET amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The CPO should be valid for 28 days after bid validity.
4. Bidders advise to submit Financial and Technical in separate wax sealed envelopes label as ORIGINAL & COPY (Original Technical, Copy Technical, Original Financial, and Copy Financial all in separate wax sealed envelopes). Also bid bond (bid security) by its separate wax sealed envelope.
5. Opening ceremony & submitting bid only at ERCS, Oromia Regional Office, Saris -Adey Ababa (Addis Ababa).

7. Bid will be closed on the 15th calendar days of the announcement of this bid in the newspapers at 2:00 pm and open on the same date at 2:30 pm, ERCS, Oromia Regional Office and if the date is a holiday (not working day) on the next working date at 10:00 A.M.
8. ERCS, Oromia regional office has the right to reject any or all bids.
