የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

ኤምስኤፍ ወይም ድምበር የለሽ የሃኪሞች ቡድን ዓለም አቀፍ ለትርፍ ያልተቋቋመ ግብረ ሰናይ ድርጅት ነው። ኤምስኤፍ ዘር፣ ሃይማኖት፣ እምነት ወይም ፖለቲካዊ ዝንባሌን ሳይለይ፣ በሕክምና ሥኑ-ምግባር እና - በገለልተኛነት፣ በነፃነት እና በገለልተኝነት መርሆዎች እየተመራ በችግር ውስጥ ላሉ ህዝቦች፣ በተፈጥሮ ወይም በሰው ሰራሽ አደጋዎች ለተጎዱ እና በጦርነት ወይንም ግጭቶች ስለባ ለሆኑ ሰዎች ድጋፍ ይሰጣል። ለዚህም - በኢትዮጵያ በተለያዩ ክልሎች የሰብዓዊ ዕርዳታ እየሰጠን ሲሆን ይህንንም በአዲስ አበባ የሚገኘው ሃገራዊ ጽሕፈት ቤት በማስተባበር ላይ እንገኛለን።

ኤምስኤፍ ቤልጅየም ብቁ የተሽክርካሪ አቅራቢዎችን አወዳድሮ ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን ባለ ሁለት ጋቢና ፒካፕ ተሽከርካሪዎች ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል ለዚህም ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነድ በመውሰድ ጨረታውን ከሞሉ በኋላ በሰም የታሽገ የጨረታ ሰነዶቻቸውን አዲስ አበባ በሚገኘው ዋና መ/ቤታችን ታስገቡ ዘንድ ይጋብዛል።

በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ፍላጎት ያላቸው አቅራቢዎች የሚከተሉትን መሰረታዊ መስፈሮቶች ማሟላት አለባቸው።

• የታደሰ እና ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ለ2018 ዓ.ም።
• የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት።
• በተሽከርካሪ አቅርቦትና አቅርቦት ልምድና ብቃት ያላቸውና የህንን ማቅርብ የሚችሉ።
• የፋይናንስ አቅም ያላቸውና ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ።

ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን ቴክኒካል እና ፋይናንሺያል ፕሮፖዛል በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ “Tender for the supply and delivery of double cabin pick-up truck” በሚል ጨረታ ሣጥን ውስጥ በMSF ቤልጂየም አራዳ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 07 ከእዋሬ መስቀለኛ 100 ሜትር በሚገኘው ፅ/ቤታችን እስክ ጥቅምት 20 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ማስገባት አለባችው። ጨረታው ጥቅምት 23 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም የሚከፈት ሲሆን ስኬታማ ለሆኑ አቅራቢዎች ክጨረታው መጠናቀቅ በኋላ ውጤቱ ይገልፅላቸዋል፡፡

ኤምስኤፍ ቤልጅየም ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

BID ANNOUNCEMENT

Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) translates to doctors without border, is an international non-profit association, MSF provides assistance to populations in distress, to victims of natural or man-made disasters and to victims of armed conflict: irespective of race, religion, creed or political convictions: and guided by medical ethics and the principles of impartiality/independence and neutrality And to this end in Ethiopia, we are providing humanitarian aid in different regions in Ethiopia with courtry office in Addis Ababa.

Medecins Sans Frontieres - Belgium Ethiopia Mission hereby invites eligible and qualified motor vehicle suppliers to submit sealed bids for the Supply, and delivery of the below double cabin vehicle to our head office in Addis Ababa.

Interested bidders must meet the following requirements:

• Renewed and valid trade license for the year 2018 E.C.
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Demonstrated experience and competence in the supply and delivery of vehicles.
• Evidence of financial capacity and stability

Bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals in a sealed envelop clearly labelled "Tender for the supply and delivery of double cabin pick-up fruck" in the tender box in the MSF Belgium Office Arada Sub city on or before 10^th October 2025. Bids will be opened on 13^th October 2025 and the successful bidder notified after review of all bids

MSF Belgium Ethiopia Mission reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
