INVITATION TO BID (RE-BID)

ZamZam Bank S.C invites interested and eligible bidders for the supply of two Units of Electric vehicles.

Interested bidders can participate with due consideration of the following requirements:

1. 1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank's procurement policy and the bid is open to all eligible bidders who submit renewed license, TIN certificate and VAT registration certificate.
   2. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be collected from Head Office Procurement and Facility MGT Department by (Telegram), against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 1,000.00 /one thousand birr/ through ZamZam Bank Head Office Alif Branch, during office hour.
   3. The bids must be accompanied by a bid security of birr 120,000.00 (One hundred twenty thousand) with the validity of 90 days and submitted in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee.
   4. Bid documents must be delivered to Zamzam Bank Head Office Garad Building 11th Floor-Procurement and Facility Management department on November 12, 2025 up to 10:00am in the morning and will be open on the same date @ 10:30am in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend in person at Zamzam Bank head office, 13th floor.
   5. Late bid will be rejected, and returned to the Bidder unopened.
   6. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
