NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID

1. DMC Construction Plc. has currently undergoing the Construction work of DMC Real Estate Block C1 6B+G+26 MIXED USE APARTMENT BUILDING.
2. DMC Construction PLC now invites Eligible bidders, Sub- contractors to submit sealed bids for the Building Finishing works such as HCB works, Internal and External Plastering Work, Tiles work, Skirting, Marble work, Edge works, Screed Work, Gypsum Board, Gypsum Chalk, Gypsum Block, Paint Work, Wood Parquet, Cement Screed, Lintel work, Wood and Window Sill, Chiseling work, Ceiling work etc.
3. This Real Estate project is located in Addis Ababa, Nifas Silk Lafto Sub city around Lebu Meberatile.
4. The Cost of the subcontract work includes the Labour costs including the Plastering Machine, Laser Machine, Hand tools, Safety equipments and other required materials. The Contractor will supply all other required materials for the subcontract works.
5. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence:
   1. Trading license renewed for 2017E.C;
   2. Tax clearance certificate, which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender, valid at least up to 28 days after bid submission date, VAT and TIN registration certificates;
   3. Certificate of registration from Ministry of Works and Urban Development with Category of GC-6/RC-6/BC-6 and above; and renewed for 2017E.C;
   4. Bidders who fail to provide valid documents mentioned under item 5 (i), (ii) & (iii) above will be rejected from further evaluation.
6. Interested eligible bidders shall have and submit the General Construction Experiences.
7. Interested eligible bidders shall have and submit the Specific Construction Experiences such as in Real Estate projects, high rising projects.
8. Interested eligible bidders shall submit the Current Contract Commitments.
9. Financial Statement for the last two years must be submitted.
10. Interested eligible bidders shall visit the project site if needed
11. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure, and is open to all eligible bidders.
12. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at DMC Construction plc. at the address given below, from 8:00 to 12:00AM and 1:00 to 5:00PM from Monday to Saturday. A complete set of the bidding document must be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application and presentation to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200, effective as of October 27, 2025.

13. Bidders shall submit two envelopes, "Technical Application" in one envelope and "Financial Bid" in the other envelope, the two envelopes shall be sealed in an outer envelope.
14. Evaluation is to be carried out in one stage, Both Financial Bids and Technical qualification application of qualified Bidders will be evaluated at the bid opening date,
15. Bids must be delivered to the address below before November 01, 2025 at 2:30P.M. Late bids will be rejected. One original and One copy of the bids have to be submitted.
16. Both Financial Bid and Technical qualification application of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below on November 01, 2025 at 2:30P.M.
