Procurement of ICT equipment

FH Ethiopia (FHE) is a non-governmental organization engaged in relief and development activities and has been implementing humanitarian and development programs in Ethiopia for the past 37 years.

FH Ethiopia invites all eligible and interested bidders to participate in this National Competitive Tender for the procurement of ICT equipment including laptop computer Printers, Scanners, photocopier, LCD Projector, Monitor, Tablet and Power Bank as per the specifications detailed in the tender dossier.

1. Tender Document Acquisition

All interested and eligible ICT Equipment suppliers who have valid Trade License, TIN, and VAT Registration Certificates can collect the tender dossier from the Addis Ababa Head Office starting from the first day of this announcement, between 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

2. Bid Submission Procedure

Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes marked "ORIGINAL" and "COPY," both enclosed within one outer envelope. The outer envelope must be clearly sealed, stamped, and delivered to the address below no later than the closing date and time.

3. Mandatory Requirements (Essential Criteria)

• Complete Legal Documentation: Copies of valid Trade License, TIN, and VAT Registration Certificate.
• Bid Security: An unconditional Cash Payment Order (CPO) of ETB 300,000 in the name of FH Ethiopia.
• Technical Specifications: Detailed specifications for each item offered.

4. Additional Information

• Further instructions and details are provided in the tender dossier.
• FH Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in part or in full.
• Please have with you a company stamp when you come to collect tender dossier.
