INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR
PROCUREMENT OF 88 units MOTORBIKES (Bid number-029/25/SNV)

SNV in Ethiopia would like to float a tender for interested eligible & competitive bidders for the supply of 88 units Motorbikes to support the project as per detailed specification on the bid document.
Deadline: bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 26, 2025, up to 5:00 PM.
Late bids will not be received.
Interested bidder shall collect the full bid document from SNV Ethiopia Head office starting from November 12, 2025, from the below SNV Ethiopia Address. Bidders must submit their technical and financial offers in separate sealed and clearly labelled envelopes, and each must be properly signed and stamped. Technical offers/specification should be complete (including technical data sheet, brochures etc...).
All bid prices should be valid for 90 days.
Bidders are required to furnish the following copies of relevant documents:
- Registration/legal documents,
- VAT registration certificates
- Valid trading license
Suppliers who have the materials at stock are preferred.
