- Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested Bidders to participate on the bid for the Supply and Installation of Information Technology Equipment, software and systems. Therefore.
- Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:
- Renewed Trade License
- TIN Certificate
- VAT Registration Certificate
- Tax clearance certificate
- Supplier Registration Certificate
- Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from November 19, 2025 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II. 1st floor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Directorate located at Kiyamed Building (former Sugar Corporation head office). 1st floor.
- Bidders shall submit the bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized Bank as per the amount specified the following table

- Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before December 09, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at Procurement Directorate located at Kiyamed Building (former Sugar Corporation head office), 1st floor.
- Bids shall be opened at the above mentioned address, on December 09, 2025 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

- Bidders should present Original and copy of their Financial and Technical proposals separately in sealed envelope.
