Invitation for National Competitive Bid

1. Engineering Corporation of Oromia has secured a budget for the Procurement of:

LOT-1: Access Road Construction Work at Arjo Dhidhessa Irrigation Project for Design Review and Geological Investigation.

LOT-2: Yabelo Dam Project Access Road Construction (Clearing, Cutting, Filling and Leveling)

2. Hence, interested bidders who can fulfill the criteria and submit the following legal documents can participate in the bid: -
   1. Renewed trade/business license for 2018/2017 E.C
   2. Recent Tax clearance
   3. TIN certificate
   4. VAT certificate
   5. Other related documents
3. Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to participate in this bid to work the aforementioned:

LOT-1: Access Road Construction Work at Arjo Dhidhessa Irrigation Project for Design Review and Geological Investigation.

LOT-2: Yabelo Dam Project Access Road Construction (Clearing, Cutting, Filling and Leveling)

4. Bids accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the bid price in Ethiopian Birr in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee must be submitted to the Office mentioned above.
5. Bidders shall submit bid documents to the Engineering Corporation of Oromia (ECO), 3rd floor, on or before 11 December, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted. The bids will be opened on 11 December, 2025 at 10:30 AM at ECO Hall in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
6. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased from the above office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 300.00 (Three Hundred) from the address indicated below.
7. ECO reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
