Development Bank of Ethiopia invites GC & BC of Grade 7 & above and Grade 8 Aluminum Door and Window assembly Works Special Contract for the Procurement of Supply & Installation of Modern Frameless Glass Partition Wall work with Security Guard House room.

Therefore,

1. Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents: -
   1. Renewed Trade License
   2. TIN Certificate
   3. VAT Registration Certificate
   4. Tax clearance certificate
   5. Competency Certificate
   6. Registration Certificate from government body
2. Interested bidders may purchase a soft copy of bidding document starting from November 26, 2025, upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 300 (Birr Three Hundred only) to Customer Transaction Service office, at DBE head office Tower II, Ground Floor and collect soft copy of the bid documents from Procurement Directorate located at Kiyamed building (Former Sugar Corporation Head Office), 1st floor, near to DBE head office, during working hours.
3. Bidders must furnish bid security of Birr 30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Birr Only) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized bank.
4. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before December 11, 2025 at 10:00 A.M.or (Morning) at Kiyamed building (Former Sugar Corporation Head Office), 1st floor.
5. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on December 11, 2025 at 10:05 A.M or (Morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
6. Bidders should present Original and Copy of their Financial and Technical documents separately in sealed envelope.
7. The language of the tender is English.
8. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
