Development Expertise Center (DEC) is a national Civil Society Organization (CSO) dedicated to the well-being of children. DEC has been implementing a wide range of programs and projects in various regions of Ethiopia, including Afar, Oromia. Amara, Benishangual Gumuz, Gambela, Tigray, and Addis Ababa.
These programs focus on education, protection, employable skill development, gender and life skill development, humanitarian response and coordination, WASH, livelihoods, and shelter construction, both in development and emergency settings
To improve access to pre-primary education and promote a safe learning environment. DEC, through the KNH SEND Children project, wants to construct a learning block (7m x 6m) for pre-primary learning classes in Dubti District, Afar Region.

- Bidders can collect the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Specifications from the DEC office in Samara, located behind Samara Bus Station Approximately 400 meters to the left side.
- Bidders should indicate whether the price including VAT.

- Bids should only apply between December 1-7, 2025.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:00 am (4:00 local time) on December 08, 2025.
