INVITATION FOR BID

Ethiopian Public Health Association (EPHA) invites interested and eligible bidders for supply of the following materials: -

1. A complete set of Bidding Document can be obtained from EPHA office, against non-refundable payment of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM).
2. Bidders should submit their offers accompanied by copy of their renewed trade license, Commercial Registration Certificate. Tax Identification Number and VAT Registration Certificate. No offer should be sent via personal e-mails.
3. Bids must be delivered to the address below in sealed and stamped envelopes: Technical offer and Bid Security in one envelope marked as, "Technical Offer" and "Financial Offer" in another envelope.
4. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of ETB 10,000 (Ten thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee in the name of Ethiopian Public Health Association for each lot, which will be refunded as soon as the contract is signed with the winner.
5. Bidders can collect bid document starting from the day where this notice is posted to Ethiopian reporter newspaper to December 26, 202
6. Bidders should submit the original and copy of their Technical and Financial proposal in separate sealed envelope to EPHA addressed below.
7. Bids will be closed at December 26, 2025,10:00 AM and opened at the same day 10:30 AM for both lots at EPHA meeting room in the presence of the bidders' or their representatives who choose ++++++++++to attend.
8. Evaluation of the bid will be carried out based upon a detail assessment to the bidder technical financial proposals
9. EPHA reserves the right to reject any bid, to cancel the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
