Invitation for Re-Bid

Tender No. ECWCT/NCB/PG/16/2018

The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) hereby invites registered and eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of tiling materials (floor and wall finishing) under National Competitive Bidding (NCB).

1. Interested potential bidders are required to submit the following documents along with their bids: A renewed relevant Trade License for the current fiscal year, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate, and an Online Supplier List Registration Certificate.
2. All bidding documents must be prepared in the English language.
3. Bidders intending to participate in the supply of tiling materials must accompany their bid with either a manufacturer authorization letter or a valid manufacturer license.
4. Interested Potential Bidders are invited to obtain a complete set of bidding documents from the Procurement Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 400:00 (Four Hundred Birr).
5. This invitation to bid is open to all interested potential domestic bidders.
6. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Birr 400,000.00 (Four hundred thousand birr only), provided in the form of a certified check (CPO) or a bank guarantee. Bid bonds in the form of insurance or any other format will not be accepted.
7. Bids must be delivered or deposited in the Tender Box located at the Procurement Department's office before the specified closing date and time.
8. The deadline for bid submission is December 19, 2025 at 10:00 A.M.
9. Bids will be opened on December 19, 2025, at 10:30A.M. in the conference room of the Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation Procurement Department. Bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend are welcome.
10. The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
