Oromia Industrial Parks Development Corporation (OIPDC) here by invites sealed bid from eligible and qualified bidders (BC-3/GC-4 and above) for Procurement of Construction Works for Renovation of Laboratory at Bulbula-Integrated Agro-Industrial Park (IAIP) and Shashamane Rural Transformation Center (RTC)

Therefore, bidders who wish to participate in the bid can apply as described below.

1. 1. Your organization must submit a copy of their legal current valid business license, TIN registration certificate and VAT registration certificate documents along with the original bid document and copy of the tender document.
   2. Bidders may purchase each of the bidding document from the Finance Department Office at OIPDC, during the working days and hours from the date of publication of this tender notice in the newspaper until January 28/2026 G.C by paying a non-refundable fee of Birr 1000 (one thousand Birr only).
   3. Any bidder must submit a bid security of 500,000 Birr (five hundred thousand Birr) in the form of a /CPO/ or unconditional bank guarantee valid for at least three months in name of the Oromia Industry Parks Development Corporation, along with the original technical or original document.
   4. The winner of the tender will be determined in accordance with the SBD section 3.
   5. Any bidder must submit the requested technical and financial bid documents in a sealed envelope, marked as original and two copies for each, in a separate two-envelope system, and will be submitted place it in the box provided for this purpose on the date specified in this notice.
   6. The bid will be submitted until January 29/2026 G.C at 10:00 AM and will be opened on this day at 10:30 AM in the presence of the OIPDC Procurement committee, Procurement Department Office in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives and observers. The original Financial and technical proposal envelop opening together.
   7. If the office finds a better alternative, the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part is reserved by law.
