1. Amhara National Regional State Livestock and Fisheries Resource Burea invites eligible bidders to undertake Construction of Civil works of Gondar Animal Laboratory Research Center (G+1) and North Mecha Animal Health Clinic and Cattle crush projects in Amharic Region.

2. Any contractor with category GC/BC-3 and above with license valid for the year 2018 E.C and can present permit license certificate for construction work service from concerned authority invited to participate for Construction of Civil works of Gondar Animal Laboratory Research Center (G+¹) and North Mecha Animal Health Clinic and cattle crush projects whose locations specified above.
3. The Bid will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding /NCB/ procedure as specified in the government procurement directive and is open to all potential bidders from eligible source countries defined in the guide lines manual.
4. Bid shall be valid for a period of one hundred twenty /120+28/ days after bid opening.
5. Bid must be accompanied by the amount of bid security as stated in the table above in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO with validity period not less than 120 days + 28 days. Insurance bond is not acceptable.
6. The Bid must be delivered to Amhara National Regional State Livestock and Fisheries Resource Bureau, Input, Supply, Marketing and Distribution Directorate, Room No: 19 Bahir Dar, at or before 3:30 AM on January 2026 and shall be opened at 4:00 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend. Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses which are renewed for the year 2025/2026.
7. Complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased physically from Amhara National Regional State Livestock and Fisheries Resource Bureau, Input, Supply, Marketing and Distribution Directorate, Room No: - 19 up on payment of a none refundable fee Birr 1,500.00 /Birr One Thousand Five Hundred only/
8. The Bureau has the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
