1.       The Somali Regional State Pastoralist Development Bureau would like to invite all interested and eligible bidders to advertise the below mentioned Bids:

2.       Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided below.

3.       A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased from the Somali Regional State Pastoralist Development, particularly, the Procurement Directorate (attention to, Block 2 room 02) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 2,000 to be sold during office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 P.M. with a Valid Trading License Renewed for 2018 E.C Year, Tax Clearance Certificate Valid Until The Date Of Deadline Of Bid Submission and Vat Registration/Tin/ Supply Certificate at Somali Region Pastoralist Development Bureau Procurement Directorate.

4.       A refundable bid security deposit of the estimated reserve price shall be paid in the form of C.P.O payable to the Somali Regional State Pastoralist Development Bureau by interested candidates.

5.       A bid shall be floated for 21 working days starting from the day published on The Ethiopian Herald.

6.       bid validity period shall be; 90 Days.

7.       Completed bids tenders must be delivered to the address below from the date of announcement of The Ethiopian Herald.

8.       Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend on the opening date, at the meeting hall of SRS-Pastoralist Development.

9.       Bureau reserved the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
