Humedica e.v. Ethiopia is a non-profit organization working worldwide to support needy and marginalized communities. In order to support the community in Bishoftu, Oromia Region, Humedica e.v. Ethiopia intends to procure agricultural materials from eligible and reputable suppliers for the supply of agricultural tools, equipment, and vegetable seeds, in accordance with the specifications and quantities listed below.

2. Eligibility Criteria
· Bidders must be registered suppliers/manufacturers.
· Experience in supplying agricultural tools and seeds is required.
· Seeds supplied must be of good germination quality and fit for agricultural use.
3. Terms and Conditions
· Rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, packing, and delivery charges.
· All items must be new, durable, and conform to the specifications.
· Payment will be made after successful delivery and inspection.
· The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
1. Submission of Tender
· Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes superscribed: "Tender for Supply of Agricultural Tools, Equipment, and Seeds."
· A CPO of 20,000 ETB (Twenty Thousand Ethiopian Birr) must be submitted together with the technical and financial proposals.
· Firms that fail to submit the required CPO will be automatically disqualified from the competition.
· Last date and time for submission: Within seven (7) consecutive working days from the date of announcement, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
· Tender opening date and venue: Tender evaluation will be conducted by the Humedica e. V. Ethiopia Country Office Procurement Committee. The successful bidder will be notified through the email address or phone number provided in the bid submission.
· The supplier must enclose item description with picture or catalogue for the agricultural materials they want to bid.
