3. Eligibility:
· Renewed & Valid trade license for related items.
· Value Added Registration (VAT) certificate.
· Tax Identification certificate,
· VAT Clearance declaration of Recent Month,
· Vendors has to bring a copy of their legal trade license when they collect the set of documents,
4. Proposal document collection and submission schedule:
· Set of Documents with the detail description of items can be obtained from Imagine 1day Addis Ababa Country Office from 03/02/2026 to 16/02/2026 by paying 200 birrs via Imagine 1 Day CBE.
· Proposal submission will be before or on 16/02/2026 at 8:30 AM to 012:00 PM to Imagine 1 Day Country Office
