Development for Peace Organization (DPO) is an Ethiopian civil society organization established in 2020 with a mission of striving to meet the humanitarian and developmental needs of societies regardless of race, color, religion or cultural background. The organization is legally registered to work in Ethiopia (Reg.5164). South Sudan (Reg. 4178) Kenya (OP 218/051/22400/12732 and Somalia (Reg.NGOD/ Mollar0422/022): it is also processing its registration in Rwanda, Sudan and Yemen.

Interested and eligible Bidders shall provide written application with original copies of the following legal document: -
Ø Neatly completed, signed and stamped Technical Proposal form
Ø Vaid and renewed constructions company that is General contractor (GC) or Building contractor (BC) grade 5 and above
Ø Copy of Renewed business license
Ø Copy of VAT registration certificate
Ø Copy of TIN certificate
Ø Stamped copy offender instructions and guidelines (this document)
Ø Valid Registered Construction License Certificate
Ø Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Ø Other important (supporting) documents the bidder would like to attach experience
Ø Methodology, manpower, Equipment/machinery/ and schedule Envelope Two (Financial Proposal)
Ø Neatly completed, signed and stamped Financial Proposal from using the financial proposal from Annexed to this document only.
Ø All bid proposal must be accompanied with Bid Security Bond of 2% bid security Bond in the form of a CPO or unconditional Bank guaranty and attached with "Financial Copies"
Ø Other important (supporting) documents the bidder would like to attach experience
Ø Methodology, manpower and schedule
Development for Peace Organization (DPO) reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bids at any time at its discretion.
Tenders summited after the deadline will be immediately rejected.
