The Sandford International School hereby invites potential interested bidders to submit their bid proposal for the supply, delivery, school maintenance and installation of the following list of different materials for its educational purpose. Suppliers are expected to provide detailed price, specification, delivery and Warranty periods for each Lots categorized here under:
Lot 1- Staff uniform for Security. General Service, Teachers, Maintenance and Support staff
Lot 2- School Maintenance, Renovation, Construction, Supply and Installation work
ü Early Years Toilet Facilities Comprehensive Renovation, as per attached TOR
ü Hydrogeological Investigation for Water Supply Well Sitting & Drilling Supervision Work for the school, as per attached Scope of Work (SOW)
ü Procurement & Installation of Industrial Exhaust Fans, as per attached TOR
ü Construction of HCB Fence, as per attached TOR and BOQ
Lot 3-Stationery and Teaching Aid Materials, as per attached bid document specification
Lot 4-Cleaning Materials, as per attached bid document specification
Ø Bid documents are available against payment of non- refundable Birr 500.00 from the school's Finance Office from Monday, February 23, 2026 - Friday, March 6, 2026
Ø All bids must be accompanied by a bid Security Bond of 2% of the total Bid Price, in the form of CPO, payable to Sandford International School.
Ø Bid should be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes, Financial and Technical Proposals
Ø All bidders should attach their Renewed License and other legal documents with the bid document.
Ø The bidder should attach company profile and testimonial letters for successful delivery which states the quality of items supplied to myriad of clients in various sectors (GOs, NGOs and International institutions.)
Ø The bid will be closed on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 10.00AM in the morning
Ø The bid will be open in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 2.00pm. in the afternoon.
Ø The school reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
