1.       This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online one time of 10th May 2021 on-line and on the African Development Bank Group's Internet Website.

2.       The Amhara National Regional State Water and Energy Bureau through the Government of Ethiopia has received Financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of Multi-Sectoral Approach for Stunning Reduction project (MASREP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this grant finance will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Civil Works of the Construction, Supply and Installation Pipes and Fittings for Two (Mebluk and Mikogo) Rural Water Supply Construction Projects.

3.       The Amhara National Regional State Water and Energy Bureau now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for:

4.       Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the address below and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday at the address given below.

5.       The bidding document in English may be purchased by Interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application directly from Water & Energy Bureau, Finance and Property Administration Directorate, room no.23 and upon payment of a non-refundable/non-returnable/ fee of birr 1,000.00 (Birr one thousand only).

6.       The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Small Works.

7.       Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March,27/2026 G.C by 10:00 A.M.

8.       Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 10:30 A.M on March,27/2026 G.C.
