INVITATION FOR OPEN BID

1. Zemen Insurance S.C (ZISC) invites interested and eligible competitive bidders to participate in the bidding for the Procurement of Solution/Software-based IP-PBX System implamentation.
2. Interested bidders may obtain the detailed Terms Of Reference /TOR/ from Finance and Investment Department located at Head Office Bole Road Haile and Alem Building 2^nd Floor with a non- refundable fee of ETB Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) starting from the day the quote in aired during office working hours( 8፡00 A.M-5፡00 P.M)
3. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O).
4. The bidders must submit their Technical and financial proposals to our office in person in a separate envelope starting from the posted date on the newspaper.
5. All bidders must be submitted in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Zemen Insurance S.C during office hours on/before June 8,2026 at 4:00/morning/ at the 5^th floor Human capital management and Adiministration Department.
6. The bid will be closed on June 8,2026 G.C at 4፡00 A.M /morning/ opened the same date at 4፡30 A.M /morning/ at the campany head office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representative.
7. Bidders should present copy of renewed trade license,Tax clearance certificate ,Tin and VAT registration certificate.
