INVITATION FOR BID

SHORING, EXCAVATION, AND CART-AWAY WORKS

TEMAMEN S.C invites eligible and qualified contractors to participate in a competitive bid for the construction of shoring, deep excavation, dewatering, and cart-away works for a proposed commercial development project located in [Merkato Next to Merabe Hotel].

Project Description:

The client has requested SHORING design, EXCAVATION, AND CART-AWAY WORKS for a 2B+SB+G+7 Mixed Use Building. Additionally, this organized method is crucial for ensuring the project's long-term success and viability, thus creating a beneficial agreement for both parties involved.

·         Approximate dimensions for the building's perimeter and excavation depth: the foundation level is at 12 meters, which includes the raft/mat foundation, while the total perimeter of the building is 120 meters.

·         Temporary shoring and earth-retaining support system

·         Excavation, hauling, and disposal of excavated material

·         Groundwater control/dewatering if required

·         Protection of adjacent properties and infrastructure

Eligible Contractors Shall:

·         Contractor qualification B.C-3 AND ABOVE

·         Possess valid and renewed construction/trade licenses

·         Have proven experience in deep excavation and shoring works

·         Demonstrate availability of qualified technical personnel and equipment

·         Provide evidence of similar completed projects

Bid Documents: Interested bidders may obtain the bid documents from May 30,2026 G.C; Office Address: Merkato, next to Merab Hotel located in Jabulane Building on the third floor, office number 309 has designated working hours.

Submission Deadline: Completed technical and financial proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes on June 4,2026 G.C before 11:00 PM local time.

Bid Opening: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at our office, on June 5, at 4:00 AM local time.
