       CALL FOR NATIONAL CO MPETITIVE BID (NCB)      )

Dashen Bank invites eligible and interested bidders for the Procurement of Full Electric Minibus Vehicles.

1.     Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the bidding document via https://extratenders.net and https://dashen.afrotender.com by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) starting from June 22, 2026.

2.     Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.

3.     Bidders shall present a bid securityin the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal/or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.

4.     Bidder must submit their TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL OFFER in a separate envelope in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document.

5.     The sealed bid proposal shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on July 3, 2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon at the address stated below.

6.     Bids shall be openedin the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the office of Supply Chain Management Department, Head Quarter 7^th Floor on July 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM, Morning.

7.     Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 3 to 5shall result in automatic rejection.

8.     The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
