Jhpiego, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University, has been operating in Ethiopia since 2003, working to improve the health of women and families in limited-resource settings by strengthening the capacities of local institutions and systems in the health sector.
Jhpiego Ethiopia would like to invite all interested and eligible bidders to submit their best offers for the supply of Weight & Height Scale for Adult and Weighting Salter Scale for Infant.
Interested bidders are requested to submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements and instructions outlined in the bidding document.

Bidders must meet the following minimum

Bidders are required to submit clear copies of the renewed business license, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate. and a current tax clearance certificate.

|
Have a minimum of five (5) years' work experience in supplying Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
|

|
The bidder must provide evidence of at least three (3) strong references demonstrating successful supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) within the last three (3) years
|

|
Financial and technical documents must be submitted separately in PDF format.
|
|

|
The bidder must possess valid regulatory licenses for medical products, including a current license issued by the Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA), authorizing the importation. distribution, or wholesale of medical items as applicable.

BID SUBMISSION AND INQUIRY INSTRUCTIONS
§ Detailed bid documents should be requested via the e-mail address: abebu.andargie@jhpiego.org by starting on June 22, 2026.
§ The bid closing date would be on or before July 03, 2026, until 5:30PM, and the bid would be submitted via E-mail: ET-Procurement@jhpiego.org
§ INQUIRIES: Any questions regarding the bid shall be submitted in writing through the email address abebu.andargie@jhpiego.org Jhpiego will then share responses to the questions to all bidders Unwritten questions and any verbal responses and/or comments will not be acceptable/binding.
§ Bid will be rejected if not submitted via ET-Procurement@jhpiego.org e-mail address.
§ Any document received after the closing date and time will be automatically rejected
§ Jhpiego Ethiopia reserves the right to cancel the bid, accept or reject any or all.
