CATEGORY I: CLADDING WORK
Description:
Two manufacturing rooms to cover the wall with UV board wall cladding with WHITE COLOR. (Supply & apply water proof UV board cladding: work includes sealing the joints and covering with silicon silent and T, D, L or W connectors in between each board connections).
UV BOARD SIZE: 1220mm*2440mm*2.5mm.
TOTAL AREA: 490sq.m
CATEGORY II: PAINTING WORK
Description:
A.WHITE OIL AND WATER PAINT inside production, warehouse, utility area. Water paint for outer part of the building.
TOTAL AREA: 12,500sq.m
- Self-level epoxy paint on the manufacturing floor
TOTAL AREA: 1,000sq.m
Bid Requirements
- Present renewed business and other valid licenses
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the same/relevant area
- Quotation shall be offered on Sq.m basis for cladding and painting works separately
(Cadila provides materials needed for the painting work)
- Cost breakdown and payment modality shall be clearly stated
- Compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
