Cladding and Painting works of its factory located at Gelan City. We invite eligible organizations (individuals) to sbmit cost as per the below category
CATEGORY 1: CLADDING WORK
Description:
Two manufacturing rooms to cover the wall with UV board wall cladding with WHITE COLOR. (Supply & apply water proof UV board cladding: work includes sealing the joints and covering with silicon silent and T, D. L or W connectors in between each board connections).
UV BOARD SIZE: 1220mm*2440mm*2.5mm.
TOTAL AREA: 490sq.m
CATEGORY II: PAINTING WORK
Description:
A. WHITE OIL AND WATER PAINT inside production, warehouse, utility area. Water paint for outer part of the building.
TOTAL AREA: 12,500sq.m
B. Self-level epoxy paint on the manufacturing floor
TOTAL AREA: 1,000sq.m
Bid Requirements
1. Present renewed business and other valid licenses
2. Minimum of 3 years working experience in the same/relevant area
3. Quotation shall be offered on Sq.m basis for cladding and painting works separately (Cadila provides materials needed for the painting work)
4. Cost breakdown and payment modality shall be clearly stated
5. Compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
