RE – INVITATION TO BID FOR ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION WORKS

1. JS House Construction and Rent S.C. is pleased to invite eligible, qualified Electrical ,Electro-Mechanical or related Contractors of Category-5 and above for the complete execution of Electrical Installation Works on a pure labor basis.

1. Electrical Work Contractors (Category-5 and above) to submit sealed bids for the Electrical Installation Works on a pure labor basis (Admeasurement Labor Contract) for our 2B+SB+G+9+T Mixed-Use Building located around Habtegiorgis Bridge, on the road to Piazza, Addis Ketema Sub City on 4111.75sq.m plot of land.
2. To participate on this invitation , the bidders need to have the following valid documents:

• Renewed Contractor Registration Certificate from the Electro-Mechanical/Related (Category-5 and above)
• Renewed Trade License for the year 2018 E.C.
• Tax Clearance Certificate confirming eligibility for public tenders (valid up to bid submission deadline)
• VAT Registration Certificate
• FPPPA Suppliers’ List Registration
• Verifiable proof of successfully executing at least four (4) similar high-rise building installation.

1. Scope of Works: Complete Electrical Installation Works on labor basis/ labor, tooling, others and commissioning of complete electrical installation works/
2. Bidders need to submit the bid document in two separate sealed envelopes inside one outer envelope:

• Technical Proposal (Original + Copy): all technical bid documents with Bid Security and
• Financial Proposal (Original + Copy)

5. Pre-bid Meeting followed by a site visit on date July 6, 2026 at 5:00 O’clock local time at our Site Office (2^nd Floor).

1. The complete bidding document is available for purchase on non-refundable fee 500 birr at our office address on working days starting from the date of this announcement appears in the Reporter Newspaper.
2. Your bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 100,000 of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee. The security must remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
3. The deadline for submission is on date July 9, 2026 at 4:00 O’clock local time. Bids will be opened the same day at 4:30 O’clock local time at the Site Office (2^nd Floor).

9. JS House Construction and Rent S.C. reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time without giving any reason.
