- Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://extratenders.net/ or https://dashen.afrotender.com by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each bid starting from July 27, 2026.
- All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank’s supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/ for future implementing online procurement system.
- Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
- Bidders must present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.
- Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document for both bid reference numbers.
- The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on August 7, 2026, up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon for both bids at the place mentioned herein through system submission is not allowed, and late bids will automatically result in rejection.
- Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidder’s or legal representative at Dashen Bank Head Quarter Building, 7th Floor, Supply Chain Management Department meeting hall tentatively on August 8,2026 @ 9:30 A.M Morning for both bids.
- Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.
- The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
