Sidama Regional State Cooperative Development Agency, hereby seeking a legally registered & qualified in BC/GC-3 and above contractors to construct modern agro Morocho site under National Competitive Bidding-NCB. input and output Warehouse and storage facility in Sidama Region Shebedino woreda at fulfill the following requirements: -
Therefore, the Cooperative Agency invites all interested and eligible bidders who shall
1. This invitation is open to all interested potential bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the in the English language. provision indicated in the bidding document. Bidding documents shall be prepared
2. Interested potential bidders are required to present renewed relevant Trade License for the fiscal year, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate, Online Supplier list Registration Certificate.
3. The bid documents can be obtained from regional bureau of cooperative Agency against payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 2000.00 (two thousand Birr only) Starts from the date of this announcement.
4. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Birr 300,000.00 (Three Hundred thousand birr only), in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
5. Bidders shall submit financial and technical documents original and one copy of each, bid security, proforma invoice according to bid document, in separate envelop and all in one mother envelope.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on 30th calendar day starting from the bid announcement date at 8:00 and will be opened on the same date of bid submission in the presence of bidders' or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8:30 local time. If the date falls on a weekend or a holiday, it will be moved to the next business day. Late bids will be rejected.
7. The bid documents must be delivered to procurement committee on 30th calendar day before 6:00 Am local time and the bid will be opened on the same day at 8:30 local time in presence of interested bidders or their official representatives. If the date falls on a weekend or a public holiday, it will be moved to the next business day. Late bids will be rejected.
8. Cooperative Agency reserves its right to reject any or all bids.
