 Assignment Title: Recruit individual consultant to support the technical evaluation of Green building Construction design (layout and specifications) of establishment of new agro processing testing laboratory

 The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the National Quality Infrastructure Development Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

 The consulting services (“the Services”) include the recruitment of individual consultant to support the technical evaluation of Green building Construction design (layout and specifications) of establishment of new agro processing testing laboratory.

 The Ministry of Science and Technology now invites eligible individual consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: Qualification and Experience as an expert for support the technical evaluation of Green building Construction design (layout and specifications) of establishment of new agro processing testing laboratory.

 The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III para 3.14 to 3.17 of The World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF borrowers, Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, dated July 2016 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.   

 A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the individual consultant selection method set out in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers.
