Ambo Farmers' Cooperative Union invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Employees Training of 5 tons per hour multipurpose animal feed plant in Oromiya region, west shewa zone Ambo town.

Therefore, Bidders can obtain a complete set of bidding document from Ambo Farmers' Cooperative Union office at Ambo, starting from the first date of this notice posted on the News Paper on submission of a written application & payment of non-refunded fee of Birr 1,000.00 (Birr one thousand)). Bidders shall present

1.      Copy of their renewed trade license, renewed registration trade licence certificate, Tax identification number, Valid tax clearance certificate, Vat registration certificate, 5% bid security of the total bid price in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee, supplier list certificate, present CPO, Technical and Financial Document Separately, audio- visuals for clear understanding of how the machineries are built and assembled, the proposed plant complete flow process of the products. Bidders are strictly advised to adhere to the terms and conditions set in the tender documents.

2.      Partial offers result in bid rejection, incomplete profile and others related to international BID standards will be examined strictly.

3.      Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the union office addressed above from 2:30 to 6:30 am and 7:30 to 11:30 pm from Monday to Thursday and on Friday from 2:30 to 5:30 and 7:30 to 11:30.

4.      Submission and opening of the bid will be at the office of Ambo Farmers' Cooperative Union, Ambo.

5.      The deadline of the bid submission (closing) & bid opening of technical offers will be on the 22nd consecutive days from the first day announcement at 4:00am and 4:30 am local time respectively. Late bid shall be rejected. Note that the working day reference to Monday to Saturday.

6.      The bidders shall submit one "original" and "one copy" or Technical and Financial documents that shall be produced in such a way that the original one and copy to be wax sealed in one envelop for technical and Financial separately. It should also be labelled as one original and one copy' and all to be placed in one outer large mother envelop. The bid security must be wax sealed separately marked "Bid security" and must be put in the envelop of the original financial documents.

7.      All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the total amount of the Bid in the Form of CPO or Unconditional bank Guarantee.

8.      The bidders should return the original bid documents and fill forms on the information required for open tender, stamp, seal, and sign the bid document failure to do so results as non-responsive and rejected automatically.

9.      Ambo farmer's Cooperative Union Ltd Reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
