Harari Region Water Supply & Sewerage Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders and qualified contract for the supply of Electro Mechanical Equipment Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning.
Invitation for Bids
Contract Identification No: HWSSA/CAP/GO/01/2019
1. The Harari Water Supply & Sewerage Authority Harari Peoples Regional Government has allocated in capital budget for the procurement of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electro mechanical and intends to apply a portion of this budget for the supply of Electro Mechanical Equipment Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning.
2. The Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders and qualified contract for the supply of Electro Mechanical Equipment Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning. The delivery periods will be within 60 days.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours.
4. Qualifications requirements of Suppliers are: Renewed for 2018 E.C Trade license, and Tax Paid Clearances Certificate, Registration for Value Added Tax (VAT) and Tax Identification number (TIN).
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee Ethi. birr 5,000.00 (Five Thousand birr only) or freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be in cash.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address given below before on 15 (Fifteen) Consecutive calendar days starting from 1st announcement day Up to 10:00 AM at closing date. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:30 AM of closing date.
7. All bids shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Security of amount Ethi. Birr 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand birr only) in Unconditional Bank Guaranty or CPO of local currency and in a form to be provided with the bidding document.
8. The Authority reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
