For Waghimra Zone Four Woredas irrigation canal and extension work

HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is a registered foreign organization in Ethiopia with the Authority for Civil Societies Organization ACSO (Reg. Certificate No. 0040), to operate in Rural Infrastructure, Natural Resource Management, Governance & peace, Skill Development & Employment, and Emergency Response working areas.

HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation would like to invite contractors for irrigation canal Maintenance and extension work at Waghimra Zone four woreda for ARCS project.

This invitation for bid is floated to invite all interested and competent bidders who have the required resources and technical capacities.

1.     A bid document has eight LOTS some are irrigation canal maintenance, and some are canal extension work that can be obtained from HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Sekota office by paying non-returnable Birr 1000 (one thousand birr).

2.     Offers for Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026, at 9:30 AM, in a wax-sealed envelope:

4.     Bids for Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 will be opened on September 7, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM for Lot 1, followed by the subsequent lots at one-hour intervals, in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives

5.     Bids for Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8 will be opened on September 8, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM for Lot 5, followed by the subsequent lots at one-hour intervals, in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives

6.     HELVETAS reserves the right to reject all or part of this bid without assigning any reason whatsoever.
