INVITATION FOR INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID

1.     Finchaa Sugar Factory has allocated a budget towards the cost of goods. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this budget will be applied to eligible payments under the con- tract for which this invitation for bids is issued.

2.     Finchaa Sugar Factory now invites sealed bids from prospective bidders for the supply (CFR Djibouti) of:

Lot-1:- Spare parts for Haulage John Deere Tractors (EI-No. 2418)

Lot-2: Spare Parts for Cultivation John Deere Tractors (EI-No. 2419)

Lot-3: Spare Parts for CAT Compactor (EI-No. 2421)

Lot-4: Spare parts for BALDAN offset Heavy Duty Disc Plough (EI-No. 2414)

Lot-5: Spare Parts for BELL Trailer (El-No. 2442)

Lot-6: Different Electrical and Instrumentation materials for Expansion Power House Spares (ElNo. 2441)

Lot-7: Spare Parts for Expansion Ethanol Plant Instrument (EI-No. 2449)

Lot-8: Spare Parts for All Plant of Electrical and Instrumentation (EI-No. 2284)

3.     Interested bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of:

4.     A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submis- sion of Valid licenses, VAT registration certificate, registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 400.00 (ETB Four hundred) per lot.

5.     Bids for must be submitted to the aforementioned office by the 35th day from the first date of this Invitation for Bid, which was published in the Newspaper. All bids must be received before 2:00 P.M. local time on the specified day. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 2:30 P.M. in Room No.205 at the same address. If the 35th day falls on a non-working day, the deadline for bid submission and the bid opening date will be moved to the next working day, at the same time and location. Your bid must include the bid security amount specified in the tender document, which can be in Ethiopian Birr or an equivalent foreign currency. Please note that the exact bid closing and opening date, time, and bid security amount for each lot will be clearly stated in the tender document.

6.     Finchaa Sugar Factory reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
