1. Belsty Holdings has allocated funds to be used for the procurement of the Supply of Balanced scorecard
2. (BSC) Software product and Implementation services. Belsty Holdings, Procurement, property and facility management team now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified Firms/Bidder(s) for the procurement of The Supply of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Software product and Implementation services.
3. Bidding will be conducted through Belsty Holdings procurement policy and Procedures which is adopted from and consistent with standard biding documents of our country, and is open to all bidders.
4. Qualifications Requirements: -
- Foreign Bidders shall be required to be represented by local agents.
- Domestic Bidders & Local Agent representing a foreign Bidder shall provide:
- Valid Business License indicating the stream of business in which the Bidder is engaged Related with the subject procurement (Valid for 2017 EC)
- Commercial Registration Certificate
- VAT registration certificate issued by the Tax Authority
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate issued by the Tax Authority.
- Tax Payers Registration Certificate issued by the Tax Authority
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement, property and facility management department at the address given below from 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M and 1:00 Ρ.Μ.- 4:30 P.M. in the week days.
6. The Bidding Documents will be available for download on our website www.belsty.com/tender. Alternatively, bidders can collect hard copies from the head office.
7. Bidders shall submit their bids in two envelopes, "Technical Documents in one envelope and "financial bid" separately in other envelop and the two envelops sealed in on anther outer envelope.
8. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:30 A.M. (Local Time 4:30) on Oct 11, 2024
Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
9. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 10:30 A.M. (Local Time 4:30) on Oct 11, 2024.
10. Belsty Holdings reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to annul the bidding processes at any time prior to contract award. without there by incurring any liability to bidders.
