Women Empowerment-Action (WE-Action) is an indigenous non-political, non-religious, non-profit, humanitarian and development-oriented organization working in Ethiopia to the improvement of the social, economic, and physical well-being of the poor women in particular and the community in general. Currently the organization is operating in four regions SNNPR. Oromia, Tigry and Amhara National Regional States.
WE-Action envisions "Envision a Gender Just Ethiopia".
Currently, WE-Action is seeking to hire competent, qualified and interested candidate for Female applicants preferable.
Note: WE-Action has zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) and any forms of Gender-Based Violence.
Purpose and Scope of the Assignment
Women Empowerment-Action (WE-Action) currently looking for an External Auditor to conduct the annual audit service financial statement of the fiscal year 2024. Eligible firms that fulfil the following requirements are invited to participate in this bid and submit their Financial and Technical proposal.
- The Audit Firm should have renewed and professional and business licence, Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate, relevant skills and work experiences and VAT Registration certificate
- The firm will audit the financial statement and the supporting documents of the concerned period as prepared by the client and will give his opinion on the fair presentation of the financial statement.
- The firm should conduct the audit according to IPSAS, the Agency for Civil Society Organizations, and the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) requirements.
- The audit will be based in the Addis Ababa Office.
- Management letter and financial consolidation report will be the major output of the services.
- In its proposal, the firm should provide the fee for audit service; the duration of the annual audit; and the date of submission of the final audit report.
- Interested bidders shall submit their technical and financial proposals in person from the address of our Head Office WE-Action; around 24 Megenagna in front of Bright Paint Factory PLC from December 18.2024 to December 30,2024, during working hour (08:30AM 12:00PM and 01:30 PM-05:00PM)
- The bid must be submitted before or on December 30, 2024 at 02:00 PM, failure to meet the closing date may result in the tender being void.
