Hijra Bank S.C. wants to make an open bid for qualified audit firms in order to get an external auditor service to audit the financial statements for three consecutive fiscal years commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2029.
Therefore, the eligible suppliers who are qualified invited to submit the technical and financial (price quotation) documents as per the following criteria Interested bidders are invited to submit their Bids as per the conditions stated below;
The bid document shall be obtained commencing from the date of the bid floating on newspaper up to 15 consecutive working days including Saturday during office hours (Monday to Friday) from 8:00am-12:00AM and from 1:00PM-5:00PM and Saturday from 8:00AM-12:00AM until bid closing date.
1. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-returnable fee of Birr 300 (Birr three hundred only) at Hijra Bank S.C Olympia Nejeshi branch in cash.
2. The completed bid document must be delivered on or before September 11, 2026, at 4:00. local time and bid opening will be conducted on the same date, September 11, 2026, at 4:30 local time, at the following address at Hijra Bank Bole Road Dembel Square Road to Olympia new Building Olympia Height next to Adams University building on 5th floor office of Facility and Supply management.
3. Bid Document should be accompanied with bid Security of Birr 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand) in the form of unconditional Bank guarantee or CPO in the name of Hijra Bank which is valid for 120 days in a separate envelop attached with the technical part of the bid document.
4. Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial document one Original and one Copy for technical and financial -all separately signed and sealed
5. The complete bid must be submitted one original, clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and one copy also, clearly marked "COPY" and each envelops shall be separately signed and sealed which in the event of any discrepancy between them the Original will prevail - then both of which will be submitted in an envelope sealed and clearly marked with "External Audit Service.
6. Interested bidders may participate in the opening ceremony on the stated date and time
7. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either fully or partially as found appropriate.
