Buzuayehu Tadele Family Foundation (BTFF) invites eligible and qualified audit firms to submit sealed bids for the provision of external audit services for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2025, 2026, and 2027.
About BTFF
BTFF is a non-political, non-religious, and non-profit development organization established in 2019 under license number 4381 by the Charities and Societies Agency of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. The Foundation was established by East African Holding S.C. to promote sustainable social development in Ethiopia through programs in education, health, environmental sustainability, and poverty reduction.
Scope of the Assignment
The selected audit firm will be expected to conduct an audit in accordance the Charities and Societies Proclamation No. 1113/2019. The audit must be performed in line with BTFF's accounting policies.
Bid Submission Requirements
Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents in a sealed envelope:
- Technical and financial proposals (separately sealed)
- Renewed licenses, TIN, and tax clearance certificates
- Renewed license from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE)
- Evidence of past performance (at least three references). Proven experience auditing NGOs or Foundations for at least 3-6 years
- CVs of proposed audit team members
Submission Details
All bids must be clearly marked "Bid for External Audit Service - BTFF" and submitted to:
East African Holdings Head Office
Torhayloch, Awash Wine, EAH Building 2nd Floor, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Deadline for submission: May 21, 2025 G.C. at 9:00 AM (3:00 local time). Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM (4:30 local time) in the presence of bidders or legal representatives.
