PROVISION OF STATUTORY AUDIT/AN ANNUAL STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS AUDIT SERVICES FOR AMREF HEALTH AFRICA IN ETHIOPIA

Amref Health Africa, Ethiopia Office invites bids from eligible bidders for the provision of Statutory Audit / Annual Statement of Accounts Audit Services for Amref Health Africa in Ethiopia.
Complete sets of tender documents in English can be obtained from the 2merkato site link by all interested and eligible bidders.
- All firms organized and licensed under the laws of Ethiopia that qualify to bid are invited to participate in this tender and must fulfill the following requirements:
- Be legally registered and authorized to practice in Ethiopia.
- Be licensed by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).
- Have at least 5 years of experience in auditing international NGOS.
- Demonstrate staff capacity with certified accountants (ACCA, CPA, etc.).
- Provide proof of similar audits conducted in the last 3 years (references required).
- Be free from any conflict of interest with Amref or its staff.
- Bids must be submitted in soft copy only, clearly marked as Technical and Financial documents, via email to Tender.Ethiopia@amref.org on or before August 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
- The financial bid will be opened only for those bidders who qualify in the technical evaluation.
- Late submissions will be rejected.
Amref Health Africa, Ethiopia Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and is not bound to provide reasons for its decision.
