Re- Advert CALL FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICE TO CONDUCT ANNUAL STATUTORY AUDIT

Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW) is an international relief and development agency that was established in Birmingham, UK in 1984. Islamic Relief Ethiopia (IRE) began a relief work in Ethiopia in 2000 in response to the severe drought that plagued great parts of the Somali region. Four years after first started working in the country, IR officially opened office in the country in 2004.  Since 2004, Islamic Relief (IR) operates in Afar, Oromia, Somali Regional states, and Addis Ababa city administration targeting the most vulnerable groups in these locations.

1. 1. IRE wants to conduct an ANNUAL AUDIT for the Year Ended Dec 31, 2025. Accordingly, IRE invites all eligible suppliers licensed by relevant government authorities for 2017 E.C. to undertake annual audit Dec 31, 2025, and who have relevant experience to undertake Audit services.
   2. Interested firm can collect the detailed TOR from IR Country Office located beside roundabout Gorgorios, Wello Sefer, Ethio-China Road
   3. The bid shall be accompanied by a security bid of 2% of the bid amount in the Cash Payment Order (CPO) and Unconditional Bank Guarantee, the bid security shall be valid for 60 days.
   4. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of bank advice after depositing a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 at ISLAMIC RELIEF ETHIOPIA A/C 1000007230714
   5. Wax-sealed envelopes containing a separate envelope sealed and marked “Bid Security,” “Original’’ and “Copy’’ of Technical and Financial Document”
   6. Bids must be delivered to IR Ethiopia before 22 Sep 2025 at 10:00 AM. Bid will be closed same date at 10:00 AM local time and be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM Islamic Relief Country office and Islamic Relief
   7. ISLAMIC RELIEF ETHIOPIA (IRE) reserves the right to reject any or all offers without giving the reason for doing so.
