The Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Associations (CCRDA) and its partners invite interested companies who can provide 4WD field and other vehicles to offer travel services
INVITATION FOR VEHICLE RENTAL COMPANIES
The Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Associations (CCRDA) and its partners want to hire interested companies who can avail 4WD field and other vehicles to provide travel services to project areas of all woredas of Gambella and Benishangul Gumz regions, and some zonal areas of South, Afar, Oromia, Somali, Amhara and Tigray regions.
Therefore, CCRDA and its partners would like to have a contract agreement with those who are competent and fulfils the following criteria:
- The companies must have:
- Renewed license of the year from an appropriate government office and
- VAT registration certificate
- The vehicles must be insured
- The capacity to avail the requested vehicle/s within two days of request,
- Present ownership of at least five 4WD field vehicles and the capacity to avail more than five vehicles at a time
- The vehicles need to run in all weather and road conditions
- The price quotation should be given per day with fuel and without fuel
- Price per day should be based on the type and product year of the vehicle
- Separate prices should be submitted for Toyota Land Cruiser, Pickup. Minibus & Coaster Bus
- The vehicles should run at least seven KM per liter in all roads
- The preferred types of vehicles are Toyota Land Cruiser Mark II, 105 Toyota Pickup D4D and Hiace LH202 of production year after 2008 GC
- Bidders should submit their price quotation and all relevant documents including documents which evidence their experience in a sealed envelope within 10 working days after this bid announcement is made
