AN INTERNATIONAL INVITATION FOR OPEN BID

The Sandford International School hereby invites bids from interested eligible & qualified international Bidders to submit their bid proposal for the Supply and Delivery of different International Text Books, for its educational purpose. Suppliers are expected to provide detailed price, Specification, delivery and warranty periods to the books specified under the bid document. Interested eligible Bidders are invited to participate in this tender directly or through their duly represented local agents. In case of represented by the local agent, the agent shall furnish letter of representation from the principal and valid Trade License for the year 2018 E.C. TIN, VAT, Current Tax Clearance and Suppliers' Registration Certificates.

1. All bids must be accompanied by a bid Security Bond of 2% of the total Bid price, in the form of CPO, payable to Sandford International School.
2. A complete set of bidding document in English can be purchased by interested bidders during office hours from Finance Office from Thursday, November 13,2025 up to Friday, November 21,2025 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 200.00 (Birr Two Hundred)
3. The bidders should attach company profile and testimonial letters for successful delivery which states the quality of items supplied to myriad of clients in various sectors (GOs, NGOs sand international institutions.)
4. The Tender remains floating up to Friday, November 21, 2025
5. The bid will be closed and open in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on Friday, November 21,2025 at 2:00PM (afternoon).
6. The school reserves the right to accept of reject any or all bids.
